How does delivery work?
✔︎ You have placed an order, you know your Cookingtotem is on its way what now?
✔︎ We use PostNL and DPD for our deliveries, and deliver for free in Europe. You can expect your parcel within 1-3 working days from the time it leaves our warehouse. The delivery charge for orders under €35 is €4.95.
When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Our courier will also send you a follow-up email telling you that your delivery of your CookingTotem is on its way. Don't worry if there are no updates within the first 24 hours. The system can sometimes take a day to update.
Does your order consist of multiple products? Then please note that the packages will be sent separately. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that parcels stay together during transport.
If your order does not arrive within 8 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier. PostNL may contact you to schedule a delivery time and/or point. If you accept this, we will not take responsibility for the package.
